Profile
Since 1903, Pewabic artisans have handcrafted ceramic art in Detroit – transforming raw earthen materials into rich, beautifully glazed tile and pottery for your home or business. Our time honored process produces subtle variations in size and color, which combine to create the iconic Pewabic Tile look. The options are limitless, with a range of tile shapes and glaze colors to customize your Pewabic Tile installation. Our in-studio designers are ready to help craft your story in clay for any kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, floor, fountain or mural project.
Crafted from high-fire stoneware, Pewabic tile is designed to last for generations. Each tile is made specifically for your project. Pewabic artisans make the clay, press your tile, glaze, fire and inspect each piece to ensure quality.
Begin your project today! Whether you would like to place an order, or schedule your complimentary one-hour consultation with one of our designers, contact our design coordinator at 313.626.2030 or design@pewabic.org. Explore our portfolio and more information at pewabic.org/tile.
